Part 2 - Flight Schedules
Based on the pricing fundamentals we learn in the previous article, we can infer that flights that shares the same fare rule (i.e. same airline, origin and destination) have same prices if they also have same fare class.
Based on this rule, we can choose a better flight departure / arrival time for our iternary without paying extra. This rule is forms the fundation for the transfer hacks that will be explained later.

As we can see, all four flights have the same price as they satisfies the rule above. Their lowest bookable fare class is V.
You can choose GMP instead of ICN to get closer to the city or spend a whole day in Beijing before head back to Seoul. The prices are the same.
